Legal & Business Compliance

This policy applies to all operations at Empire Teknology, including Electrical Engineering & Renewable Energy Services and Commercial Trading. It is designed to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This policy covers all data interactions related to:

  • Electrical Engineering & Renewable Energy Solutions: Expert consulting, design, and liaisoning, alongside comprehensive project management, contracting, electrical testing, and auditing services.
  • Trading Operations: Procurement, B2B/B2C supply of electrical components, logistics, and after-sales support.

We collect data necessary for commercial and technical execution:

  • Trading Requirements: GSTIN, PAN, Billing/Shipping addresses, and authorized signatory details for regulatory compliance.
  • Service Requirements: Site location data, technical specifications of existing electrical setups, and project contact personnel information.
  • Consent: Your engagement in a commercial transaction or service contract constitutes informed consent for data processing under the DPDP Act 2023.

To protect the business entity, the following limitations apply:

  • Product Liability: In our trading capacity, liability for manufacturing defects resides with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
  • Installation Services: Our liability is strictly limited to the scope of work defined in the signed service agreement/contract.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for data breaches or service failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including grid failures or regulatory shifts.

Data may be shared with:

  • Logistics Partners: To facilitate the delivery of traded electrical goods.
  • Sub-contractors: Specialized technicians involved in infrastructure projects, bound by non-disclosure agreements.
  • Statutory Bodies: Tax authorities (GST/Income Tax) and electrical inspectors as required by Indian law.

Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction for all legal proceedings shall vest in the courts of Mahesana, Gujarat.

We retain transaction and project data for a period of 8 years to comply with Indian Audit and Tax laws (Companies Act/Income Tax Act). Post this period, data is securely disposed of unless active legal proceedings are pending.
