1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://www.empireteknology.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Compliance with Indian Law
These terms are compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. All services are provided in accordance with the Indian Electricity Rules.
3. Service & Installation Liability
Empire Teknology is responsible for the quality of installation services. However, liability for equipment performance remains with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
4. User Accounts
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials under the IT Act, 2000 guidelines.
5. Products and Services
We reserve the right to modify specifications for renewable energy products to comply with evolving MNRE guidelines and technical standards without prior notice.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are governed by the MSME Development Act where applicable. Late payments may attract interest as per the statutory rates prescribed under Indian law.
7. Equipment Warranty
Warranties for solar panels, inverters, and electrical hardware are provided by the manufacturers. We facilitate warranty claims but do not provide independent product warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for grid failures, policy changes by DISCOMs, or loss of generation due to external factors.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Empire Teknology against any legal actions resulting from unauthorized site modifications or non-compliance with local electricity board regulations.
10. Intellectual Property
Design schematics and technical proposals remains the intellectual property of Empire Teknology and cannot be shared with third parties without written consent.
11. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be settled via Arbitration in Mahesana, Gujarat, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemic-related lockdowns, or delays in government subsidies/approvals beyond our control.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or if site conditions are found to be unsafe according to Indian safety standards.
14. Severability
If any clause is found invalid by an Indian court, the rest of the terms shall remain fully enforceable to protect the interests of both parties.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in Indian Law or Renewable Energy policies. Continued use of the website implies acceptance.
