This project involved the comprehensive installation of critical electrical infrastructure at Motherson Automotive Technologies Engineering, located in Navyani Village, Dasada Taluka, Surendranagar District, Gujarat. The scope included:
- Installation of a 2000 KVA, 11/.433 kV transformer, designed to efficiently step down high voltage for plant operations.
- Deployment of a 750 KVA diesel-based standby generating set to ensure uninterrupted power supply during grid outages, enhancing operational reliability.
- Integration of fifteen 610 kVAr, 11 kV capacitor banks to improve power factor, reduce energy losses, and stabilize voltage levels across the facility.
- All associated equipment and infrastructure necessary for seamless operation and compliance with industry standards.
This installation supports Motherson Automotive Technologies in maintaining robust and reliable power management essential for their manufacturing processes, ensuring high efficiency and minimal downtime.
